Haven't had the opportunity to talk to this guy yet, but he keeps calling and hangs up; then when I call back I get a voicemail for "Roy".

Calls about 2 or 3 times a day and it started about 3 months ago. He started out by leaving messages stating he needs me to confirm my social security number. And now he has left a message stating my social over our answering machine. I called back to see whats going on and he claims that a company i have never heard of is pressing charges because i owe them money and the only way to not go to court is to pay him the money so he can pay them. he claims to know my phone number, address, email, and social.
